T&T Mechanical Contractors was started in 1948 by Ivan Hilton Sr. Ivan began a tradition of excellent work and providing full customer satisfaction. Ivan Sr. went on to become head building official of Charleston County during the 1970's. With that, he passed the company on to his son Ivan Hilton Jr. Ivan Jr. went on to become head building official of Dorchester County. The company was then passed to his son Timothy Hilton, who has continued the tradition of excellent work and customer satisfaction to this day. T&T Mechanical Contractors is located in Summerville, SC and operates throughout the Charleston area.
