Lloyd’s got rid of the ants . There was no sign of any ants after they left my mobile. I like the fact that they can apply materials that will theoretically last 3 months, with the option to call with any problem. The service tech, Mitch was very knowledgeable and professional. I found a wasp in my house last night and called to have it removed. Chris was friendly, he removed it and sprayed the house. His supervisor told me they would send someone else in the morning to check for a wasp's nest. When I called today, the supervisor was combative, said they had already done their job, and seemingly had no recollection of telling me he'd send someone today. I cancelled my 60-day warranty because he was being so difficult. The wasp removal was great, but that guy was not.

Office does not communicate well. Have advised them several times that an appointment prior to them just showing up needs to be set because we have dogs and they just send their technician out anyway hoping they can spray. Office does not communicate well and cannot tell me when my “contract” is up. This is not professional at all. Will not be renewing my service with them.
