“I very much liked the business model of this company. I needed to hire someone to replace an old drinking fountain and install a new one. They were different sizes and drywall repair and paint would also be needed in addition to the plumbing for the drinking fountain. The tech that was sent out (Edil) was very polite and called when traffic kept him a few minutes late from his arrival time. He then called again once he arrived. I give Edil 5 stars. We did have a corroded drain pipe and repairs took twice as long as anticipated, but this was not anything that could be foreseen. The job did get completed to our satisfaction. Chris the manager of the company was helpful and good with following up on the project. I give him 3 stars. He was a little defensive when I asked if there would be a receipt or something showing me the charges for the work before my credit card was charged. I wanted to make sure I was good with the completed work before giving him the CC info, but he was offended by me saying that. He wanted to make sure he had the info on hand while we were talking on the phone, in case I could not reach him once the job was complete. I am going to chalk it up to miscommunication, but I think he does need to work on how he speaks with people over the phone.”
