“I do not even believe this agent still exists. Any time I call for help, I get some woman [not Aaron Hall] that just tells me it is too much trouble for her to research any answer for any question I have. At some point, rental car coverage was dropped from my policy and no one can tell me when it happened, and who authorized it. During my last accident, Allstate left me without any mode of transportation. I have had an Allstate Auto Policy without interruption since October 1983. This will soon change. I demand Allstate cease and desist using the phrase “You are in good hands” from any and all marketing immediately.”
