Marsha is great! However, her staff particularly Guy Alexandre needs an attitude adjustment. He is rude, he cuts you off, doesn't listen to what you have to say and his customer service is deplorable. Today, I had a screaming match with him; while he was pointing fingers at other people for not uploading pictures for my commercial policy. He stated, that it wasn't a big deal and it was not his job to follow-up with the pictures. That may have been true but his delivery was unacceptable. The issue was I requested for someone at American Family go out to my property to take pictures so we can update our policy but Guy said that they uploaded the pictures weeks ago. I called American Family customer service department and found out that the pictures were loaded the day before. Once, I was informed of this I told Guy and he began to become combative and continued to cut me off. Because of him I am looking at other insurance company to cover my homes and cars.
