Absolutely poor service. I ask to package my steel bike before the overseas shipping. They charge 80$ for a professional Package, no problem it's ok. I was clearly asking to: -remove fork (not done), remove cranksets (not done), insert a lot of polystyrene or packaging material to make sure the package (not done). The headset was has been specially packaged with a piece of paper (could you believe?). END of the history: The Miami Bike Shop did not put in any thickness on rear spacing and the bik
