I am very disappointed in the service my husband received today 11/9/18. They **** to him.and told him u never went in on Tuesday 11/6/18 to cancel insurance on our auto. I in fact went and signed paperwork to cancel it and they took copies of our new auto purchase which showed we traded our old car. I will be there on Monday, 11/12/18
Not happy about my rates going up because Allstate has had to payout a large amount of claims due to the fires. My auto and renters insurance has nothing to do with home owners fire insurance, may Allstate would like to look there to easy the pain. As for your Office Tim, they are great.
Dan & I have been extremely pleased with the business we have done with you for many year and the excellent service we have received. The only reason I say that I would be neutral in referring you, is that we live so far from your office now. I know that we have always worked well on the phone, but if some one I knew was looking for an agent they may want to find a local office.
NO advocacy. That's what it felt like. My wife was broadsided. Taken by ambulance to the hospital. The CHP report determined the other driver 100% at fault. The other driver was unresponsive to questions as to her insurance carrier. Once KEMPER was determined to be her insurer, they misled, **** and were generally, difficult. Presumably, because we didn't have comprehensive, Allstate did little to nothing to advocate for us. You "farmed" the claim to corporate. Mediocre at best. Infuriating at worst. He hired an attorney, for the first time, to advocate for us. "The good hands" dropped us.
I am not compensated to advertise my feelings or thoughts as to Allstate. You provide a service and I pay the bill. At the same time I receive notices that I must fill out so you can't share information with your other companies. How about you can't share information unless I sign and initial a yes box? I find it a waste of time and waste of a stamp to "ask" that you not share personal information about me. My business is with your company and not your affiliates.
They are great until you have a question about a claim, then you get I am sorry you have to call the 800 number. I went with a local agent thinking I would get better service but I was quite mistaken. I changed my address and received am email conformation but the new insurance card went to the old address anyway. They claim to have great customer service but I have been disappointed several times. I am currently looking into other insurance.
First, I want to apologize for missing my appointment. One question I did want to ask; I see you Allstate commercials advertising good driver discounts & cash back. I have been insured with you for a few years and I have never seen a cash back discount/rebate/offer. So can you tell me how that program works? And how do I qualify for this program? Because it seems, my premium always seems to go up each year. Thank you. Gil
