Efficient service just expensive

The agency responses to my requests have been friendly and immediate. I especially like the ability to turn off the insurance on one car for the winter when it is not driven.

When asking about why my rates tripled in just one year I was told everyone's rate went up. There was no further discussion or plan to lower my rates so I cancelled.

We have been with Allstate a long time and need to vet other agencies to compare service and cost. Allstate has a good brand and the name is well known but I believe we pay a premium for the brand. Renee, whom we have worked with for all our years with Allstate is super to deal with and has always been prompt in replying to our questions or concerns. I hope she is well compensated for all of her insurance experience and knowledge. We do not have much to discuss with Tom Hoffman at this time. We do not like to get sales calls from him asking to buy different types of insurance like life insurance, etc. We get enough of those calls from other salespeople.

I am thinking my car insurance is to high. Why because my toyota is a 2011 and depreciates every year so why is it going up.Jessie and I are ******** free with no tickets for many years. If I were in a ******** im sure I would not get full value for my car.We are loyal allstate customers for many years and to get smething from you are insurance goes up for instance ******** forgiveness you pay more and get less back. clicked on not at all likely

While I like the service, I probably wouldn't recommend your agency because your prices are much higher than other companies. I've recently started looking around for a better deal and expect to change companies soon.

I think that Insurance companies are all rip off artist I have been with you guys for at least 14 years out of 14 years I get into one car accident and you guys want to raise my rates what about the $80-$100,000 money I paid you in a 14 years I have been with you as soon as I get a chance to find a cheaper rate by by Rip off Artist

This agent is horrible, continually raises your rates for the same reason every time for stuff your policy doesn't cover anyway. Tries to smooth talk you to believe you are getting a deal paying their inflated rates.
