Agency service is generally good. Problems emanate from the Insurance companies themselves. The owner of the company tried to rectify a payment glitch caused by UPC changing its software but gave up as did this customer owing the the inane system used by UPC. Kudos for trying. Allstate has been over charging every year as they bill twice as many miles as are actually driven. Despite submitting written and photographic data to support the rate reduction, nothing has changed. Time to switch auto carriers.
Jerimiah does a fantastic job along with Rachel. I am disappointed in Allstate which has a price increase every 6 months. It gets old. I think you need to get rid of your rewards program as it is a joke. To many commercials on TV especially on motorcycles. If the trend of increase continues I will have to start researching my options.
In the beginning I wasn't sure I had done the right thing by switching insurance my insurance company. After getting to know you and your staff I know I did the right thing. You have put all my doubts to rest very quickly. I told you what my financial expectations were and you kept my premiums exactly where I needed them to be. Millie is a treasure.
