
Trabuco Air installed my Amana heat pump system about a year ago. I like the system (it's much more effective that the original equipment that was installed by the builder) and the installation crew was very good. Unfortunately, the system developed a problem after 10 months (stuff happens sometimes with any system) - but when I called Robert he called back right away and came by to have a look the next day. He and his assistant spent the better part of a day tracing down the problem and it is working great once again. I would certainly recommend Trabuco. Thanks!

This person who wrote the above review used email as her main form of communication. This person called us at nine at night; we didn't call her that late as she claims. We had been in communication with her for three months regarding her project via email. We never made any appointments with her. We only made a tentative appointment. She called us the night of the tentative appointment to confirm and at that time we asked her for some details regarding her project. While she described her project, we realized that this was not a normal project it would be complicated. This was basically rebuilding her home around her HVAC system redesign. The next day we gave her project some thought and emailed her that we would not be coming by to give her an estimate. She had just moved into her new home and was remodeling the home from the ground up. All of our years in this business we have learned that when someone buys a new home, starts to remodel the home from the inside out, that they always put their money into the status items and want to install a (half-ass) HVAC system, fact.
