I recently switched to the Perez-Powell agency. Ms. Perez was extremely helpful in understanding our needs and recommending the right coverages and limits and the great service continued even after the sale was complete. She and her staff are friendly, responsive and always accessible. I am very happy with my decision!
When my daughter had a car accident that was not her fault, Trena went above and beyond to help us. That being said, I feel Allstate could have made us feel better about the fact it was a he said/she said situation that was eventually resolved when the Police Office thankfully had his body camera on when the man who hit my daughter's car admitted it on video. Remember to believe your insured and not make them feel as though they may not be telling the truth. Accidents are hard enough on a person, you want to make sure your agency is sympathetic to that whether or not it's your fault, but especially when the other party is *****.
I would like to thank Trena Perez for all the help she has given us. She was available to answer the question I had about my accounts, took care of the problems and sent me a copy of the transaction ,of what was done. I would also like to thank the other team members who help us out as well. We been with Allstate for over twenty years, and have no intention of changing that. I was a GEICO customer for over 45 years (auto insurance). I have been an Allstate customer (homeover insurance)for over 28 years, and Trena Powell was able to save me money on my auto insurance and homeowner insurance. I have already started telling family members about the great service I have received from Trena.
John Buckwalter, the windstorm damage adjuster from Allstate, along with his assistant, and two representatives from the roofing contractor Arch Exteriors (who originally pointed out the storm damage to me) spent about 45 minutes walking around my roof doing a thorough examination. John prepared a thorough and professional itemized estimate of the damage that Allstate would pay to cover, along with the allowed payment for each item. Since Arch Exteriors will only replace the entire roof as opposed to doing only repair work, I will have to find a different roofing contractor, which I have been too busy to look into up to this point.
Really have not had any interaction with your office. Interacting with Allstate. Unfortunately they are geared toward millenials of which I am not. The process is taking longer because I have to download an app, take pictures, etc. vs a human looking at the damage to the car. By the time I get home from work it is too dark to take photos. It will be weeks before I figure out the app and am around during daylight hours to take photos. Not impressed or happy with the process.
Over many years we have insured our vehicles and homes with Allstate without complaint. We have recently made some life style changes and have been exploring all avenues where money could be saved. This involves a change in our auto insurance, not because we have ever been unhappy with the service Allstate provides. The only factor here is a savings in our income.
