I have been with Allstate/Tyler McGlasson insurance company for the last 8 plus years and they have never failed me with anything I have needed. I would recommend them to the highest degree of customer service. I currently have Auto and Homeowner insurance through Mr. McGlasson branch. I also want to point out the young lady Corey Freeman is one of the main reason why I continue to do business at the Tyler McGlasson agency. She is world class with every aspect of her Job. As a business owner she has even taken the time out of her day to help answer questions for me that were not related to my policy. There hasn't been an issue they were not able to get resolved for me and my family.
The young lady did a very good job of walking me through the maze to get on line. I still do not understand why drivers with insurance seem to be picked by rate increases because more and more drivers do not have any insurance. I would hope that the states take the lead and enforce that all drivers must carry insurance. I strongly believe that this would bring down these high rates being charged.
Service I received when new air conditioner was need was great. But sure had a incease to pay it. Also auto insurance went up quite a bit. I changed to another insurance company because of increase. I do not have any insurance with you any longer. Maybe if you would have called when increase went in and tried to work with my policy I would not have changed Since I cancelled I have received calls from you and get emails all the time thanking for my business which alstate no longer has.
Terrible experience with this office. They wrote up a quote listing my boyfriend as my husband even though I told them 10+ times that we were not married. They said it wouldn’t matter but they could get me a cheaper quote this way. Turns out that it does matter and this is insurance *****. Multiple attempts to talk to Tyler were denied. I have multiple emails and text messages where I told them no to process the quote but they did anyway. They took $1200 out of my bank account and held it for weeks while they tried to reverse the charge. I ended up going through another allstate office where they wrote me an honest quote (not putting me into a false marriage category). I can’t imagine if something would have happened to my house or car and I wouldn’t have been covered because of Tyler’s offices gross negligence and just wanting to close a sale. Tyler’s office and dishonest staff are not who I would want insuring me.
Last year I was called to set up a conversation with Tyler McGlasson to discuss my upcoming insurance update. I was unable to meet the days I was offered and was told I would be contacted again to try to set up another day and time. This return call was never made, my insurance was updated without any information being given to me, my price increased without any effort from the providers to discuss possible discounts with me. I felt ignored, neglected, and unappreciated. I have had very little contact with the office, and what contact I have had was initiated by myself having to get someone to send me updated insurance cards because they were never sent to me. Each time I ended up having to go into the office to get them printed. Just not the positive experience I was assured I would continue to receive after I initially signed on with Allstate. I would not recommend this particular office to a friend. Perhaps another agents office would do a better job of providing excellent customer service, but this one does not.
It takes 2 visits from an adjust, on average, to get a true and honest assessment. Had that happen in two instances over the past 5 years or so. Seems like a waste of my and your time. Had a situation recently where the recent roof install performed by a roofing company acceptable to your entity was not done properly. We were told it wouldn't be covered by the insurance and to contact the roofing company. That company is no longer in business and we still have the shoddy workmanship to deal with. Considering our line of work is not inspecting contractor work, obviously we didn't know what to look for and assumed the company was reputable enough since Allstate was willing to pay them thousands of dollars to perform the work. Now that more of what "should have been done" is discovered, we still plan to file another claim and report the multiple leak issues with the roof but considering our work schedule, this will have to be arranged at a different time.
Disappointed. I feel there is too much solicitation for investments, recruit new customers, etc. I miss the personal touch from Jimmy. The last time I called I wasn't recognized as a client. Corey tried to explain it away saying she had never talked to me. Not true. She has talked to me several times, including just a few months prior to that phone call when I needed a new roof.
I keep asking that someone change the email to my name (Cammie) this is an email only I read and an email I had long before Eric was in the picture. It's a small but irritating thing. I don't understand why it was changed and can't be changed back. Our rates were very high so we changed to AAA for auto and would have changed for home too if it were such a hassle.
