Always the cut and look I want. Recently changed my look and I merely explained what I was looking for, sat back, relaxed and let Doreen do her masterful work. Tough to find a salon that has a great atmosphere, great stylist and good coffee. My search is over!

Blondes beware, I am missing an extreme amount of hair because of the rude, condescending owner Cindy. She is so greedy she overbooks and then can't keep track of timing the lifting process resulting in over processing and over lapping. Almost forgot, the burns on my face were another unpleasant side effect. Maybe she just got too old to care.

Cindi is a true professional, I have had two bad hair color mistakes and every time she fixes my problem with perfection. She cares for her clients and runs a great salon. I won't go any where else. I highly recommend her and her services.

Very dissatisfied and distraught with my hair!! I was charged an extreme amount for color and highlights and my hair is damaged and the color is awful!! I have never left a bad review before but my experience at Ventura required me to post one. If you have long hair look elsewhere for service.

NICOLE IS AMAZING, sweet , kind, funny and IMMENSELY talented. If you're looking for a professional balayage or any color service in the area- come here. I cannot say enough good about this place and specifically NICOLE. I think their prices are more than reasonable and service is first class. Cindy and Tommy are also two of the nicest people you could ever meet.(the owners) The complete staff here are a blessing! Love you guys so much!!!

When friends and relatives asked me what I wanted for a holiday gift this year I told everyone to get me a gift certificate to Ventura Salon and Spa. This morning I had a candy cane and cinnamon sugar exfoliating body scrub and a carrot cake pampering pedicure. Janet painted a snowflake on each big toe. I give Ventura Salon and Spa a five star rating!

I've been a customer for more than ten years. Cindy is fantastic and a true professional. Tommy very helpful and friendly at the front desk. I always feel more relaxed and stress free after spending a little time at the spa.

I came here on a recommendation & I'm so glad I found this place! Lissette Diez is amazing at brows & facials ! She has such a nice touch & was able to fix my brows that where butchered at another place, I definitely recommend her!

This was my first time having my hair cut and colored. Lisa is a great colorist, hairstylist and caring person. She is able to take her time and explain everything step by step. I came out if this salon feeling like a million bucks. She understood my needs and created a new me! What a great place for coloring. Nails, brows, and hair cuts and styling! Been going there since its inception! Cyndi is amazing, and always stays on top of the trends. PLUS she has a talent for looking at your face and giving you a look that suits your face shape and personality. That is an amazing trait! I sometimes get stopped and asked who does my hair, and I am glad to refer people there. All I can say is A+ for everyone there.

I have been going to Lissette since i moved to Florida in 2002. I would not trust or let anybody else touch my eyebrows. Lissette is highly skilled, consistent and amazing. Simply, she's the best! She's attentive and makes sure my brows are perfect. The atmosphere is serene with soothing music playing in the background. I always feel relaxed and pretty when done. I leave with a smile and my eyebrows are gorgeous!

Had Tommy set up a few different services for me when I was given a gift card (Facial, mani/pedi and band trim). He was extremely helpful and coordinated everything for me on the phone and then the day of my services as well. Everything was great and I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. Not that I want to pick a favorite, however the best part was the facial with Lisette. My skin looked so much better and not as tired/ruddy as when I went in. She also have me some pointers as to what I can do to make my my skin look in tip top shape all of the time. I will definitely get another facial here.

Best place for facials ! I have been going to Lissette for years and wouldn't let anyone else touch my skin.Everything is always amazing from her touch to the way my skin looks and feels she also does my waxing and is just as fabulous, my eyebrows have never looked better !

My mom, sister, and I went to this spa while visiting Ft. Lauderdale in July. It was very nice, as well as the staff. I had 90-minute stone massage, my mom had a mani-pedi, and my sister had a facial. We are enjoyed and were pleased with the services. They also took our appointments at short notice. The spa was very nice, too. It may not have had the typical ambience that I'm use to, but that was fine. I was just happy that they were so accommodating unlike the other spas that we tried. THANK YOU!!

I went to the salon to get my hair done for a wedding. I told the stylist I was concerned about the style lasting since I had a bad experience at another salon. She assured me that my hair would last throughout the wedding. My hair collapsed before I even got to the wedding. I had to have someone re-curl my hair when I got there. I will never go back.

This is a good spa, however may not be for everyone. I have been coming to this spa a little over a year. friendly & professional staff. I have extremely short hair that I like to keep a modern look. My stylist lacks modern technique with cutting & coloring short hair. Even though I found her attentive to listening, her actual work failed miserably. I tried to over look the haircuts because I really did like the salon. On my last visit I explained my unhappiness with the past hair cuts & when touching up my color to leave the highlights (ginger red with blonde highlights). As she exclaimed she understood & would take care of it. She combed the color over my highlights which made it look one color & I ended up with my hair BUTCHERED!!!!! I don't think she really listens & just wants to appease to keep the customer quit. Sadly, my last visit & extremely humiliated with my hair cut. The past 3 times I've had my color done, I've had to stop to grab a highlight kit to add more highlights. I have expressed each & every time I wanted big, bold blonde highlights!!!! If you want to keep a modern look, find another salon. Thumbs down for me.

I brought a Girl Friend here a few years ago for a cut and color and it came out very well I decided to get my next hair cut there with Kenny.. I have never been disapointed with any of the services here.
