Our first experience with Vertical Blinds Exa was not a good one to say the least. The salesperson missed our first scheduled appointment, then once we chose our Window Treatments they installed them and we were not happy with the look as they did not seem the same as the samples we picked. After some back and fourth and a third visit from our salesperson we found the right window dressing for no extra charge from our original purchase.
