I have been a State Farm Customer for 27 years. Walt has been my agent for the last 20 years. I have had nothing but great things to say about him and his team. Very quick to respond when I have questions and his advice is top notch. Always looking for ways to help have the best coverage for my family. Now that I have 2 teenage drivers and 1 more about to start driving I need all the help I can get. Not only does he help with the car but i have home owners and life insurance with him. I have shopped around in the past because you hear commercials saying they can save you 15% or big savings and i still get way better coverage and pricing with State Farm.

Was not good at communicating. Changes in policy without notification. Never called to review anything. Received 1 call over three years and only after I had just switched insurance. Asked to have my rep changed and state farm wouldn't allow me to. Basically if you need insurance find an agent that works for you and looks out. This guy is a paper pusher and doesn't do anything to deserve commission on plans. I switched to USAA and am paying $60 less a month with better coverage. If you don't qualify for USAA I would use a broker to find the best deal.
