“I can't give zero stars so my middle finger will do (Tori Brewer). I came in July 23rd, not looking for a tattoo, but to have a simple design for a product line which I have yet to release due to his lack of professionalism. I gave Toni my deposit and could not express more how time sensitive this was. Long story short, this guy promised me 5 days and gave me the run around for weeks. He was either fishing, camping, or dinners with his wife. I have every text to prove this in case anyone is skep”
