I can not recommend Teddy and his business enough. My laptop completely died and it's what I use personally and for work so I was in a panic. Diagnostics are free if you don't mind waiting 2-3 days but I wanted it ASAP and same day service was only $49 which was awesome. He knew what was wrong within a couple hours, gave me a very fair quote for a new hard drive (as suspected the disc was irreparable) and saved all my files while I decided if I wanted to resurrect my laptop or replace it. He showed me what he had on hand but didn't pressure me and I decided to take home a Beautiful touchscreen Lenovo that is still pretty freakin' new and almost half price compared to new. He included Microsoft Office 2007, directed me to the free Norton antivirus my internet provider offers (and let me know if I didn't want that program he could give me something different), and applied the same day fee toward my purchase. The data recovery was super cheap even though there was a locked file that was being a burr that he went back in to recover after I noticed it was missing, and I still got to keep my old busted laptop as I may need to turn it in to my work. I also noticed his screen replacements are super cheap so I may be back for that in the future. Seriously, go here for anything you need.

Teddy hooked it up ! I shattered my iPhone pretty bad for the millionth time and was done buying brand new phones. I stopped by a few places before finding Wireless Connect-- they seemed reasonably priced and told me it would take a half hr to fix. I was surprised when they finished before the half hour was up! Everything is working perfectly on my phone. I definitely found my go-to place anytime I need a phone repair (which unfortunately is every couple months for me). So all in all they're fast, reasonably priced, and provide great customer service. I'll be sure to let my friends know! Thanks again, Teddy! I appreciate it and I'll be back :)

Call this morning...told my phone would be ready by the end of business today AFTER I heard all about "first come first serve only one in front of you today". The less than professional sales girl answers the phone "hello" leaving me to ask if this is a business or did I just reach a residence. Had it there by noon and I even have the parts. Now the sales girl tells me the technicians phone is forwarded to the business and that he hasn't even been in today. I was totally lied to and deceived. Unprofessional to say the least.

My only issue is they apparently have only one guy who actually fixes phones, so be sure and ask if he is going to be working. Like most people, I was looking for a quick turn-around as it feels naked without my phone. I dropped it off this morning and when I called back at 3 the person said, "the repair person still hasn't been in." Once he arrived he got right on my phone. Phone is back on me and is doing great and I feel clothed again. I will go back.hopefully not soon, of course, as I hope to not break my phone, but will make sure the repair person is available..good honest small business

Broke the screen on my iPhone 5. Teddy had me leave it with him for 20-30 minutes. I ran to the store and it was ready for pick up. Great communication. All pricing discussed up front. And he actually HAS a storefront. Knowledgeable. And great customer service all around.

I love it here! This is the first place I go for all my electronic needs. Teddy is amazing too any time I have a problem he knows just how to fix it or founds out how to fix it. **Fantastic Job Indeed** I just want to say if your wanting to get your phone fix, computer or anything that you have problem with your device don't hesitate to call Teddy. He will do his best to assist you even if there is no way he will find a way. I have called multiple places and not to mention he was the only one that actually cared to answer all my concerns. I wasn't just a customer, but felt as if I was friend whom he wanted to help. He usually closed at 7 but I notice how he did not want anyone to feel abandon and assisted everyone who came in and even stayed up late just to get our phone fixed. In additional, his craftsmanship to repair with labor will not match with anyone else. My Laptop runs faster than when I first bought it. Took in my Dell Inspiron 1525 on a monday and got it back the following Thursday and I swear the thing runs faster than the day I had it shipped to me from the Dell Factory. were very friendly and helpful. My hard drive crashed and it only cost me a hundred bucks to get it fixed. Thankfully the part was covered by my warranty. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing help with their PC.
