You really can't find service quite like this! The girls are all very helpful and are happy to help you. The layaway policy is very nice and if there are any small flaws on a dress you buy (like loose embellishments or missing hook & eye) they will fix it for you! This small business clearly looks out for their customers. They register every dress, so if you're going to prom or homecoming, for example, they will be sure not to sale the same dress to someone else who goes to your school. I definitely suggest this wonderful small business!

I recently went in to this shop and was very pleased with the way the employees waited on my daughter and me. We where greeted with a smile and even had our very own girl help us with each dress and helped us pick out other gowns too. we ended up getting a dress that was less expensive here than the other prom shop we went to earlier. We even got our shoes and jewelry on sale. I couln't have asked for a better experience.

My daughter and I coudn't be mroe happy with this shop. We recently went in to look at gowns, I had no idea how beautiful this place is. As soon as we walked in we where greeted and told about the store and where gowns could be found. We showed the young girl a pictures and she immediately knew which one it was and got it for us. Even thought the gown was not what my daughter wanted the girl brought other gowns that she though would look good and match her personality and figure. My daughter ended up getting a gown that she wouldn't have even looked at if it wasn't for the fabulous help this young women gave us. The gowns where clean and kept in bags - we liked the fact that they where all new and in excellent condition. Other shops we had went to where very rude, and the gowns where old and in poor condition but still at reatail price. Recommending this shop will be a pleasure, keep up the great work.

I was very pleased with the attention you gave my daughter and the selection was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop and the way you have the gowns well taken care of. You have got to go to Yellow Brick Road, not only was the service fantastic but the selection of gowns was amazing. My daughter and I went here for the first time for her 9th grade dance and we where pleasantly surprised by the shop itself and the service we got. We found the perfect little dress and the price was just what we where looking for. Won't go anywhere else, did some research on the internet first and saw what others had to say about some other shops close by. Glad we took their advice and went to Yellow Brick Road. My daughter and I just purchased a gown from this shop and the experience was so refreshing. The staff was wonderful, there was a huge selection and the gowns along with the shop is well organized, clean and looks amazing. We will never go anywhere else.

Yellow Brick Road is our new "first stop" when shopping for formal dresses. Each dress is kept in a protective bag and there is plenty of room in the store to showcase the dresses. Other stores in our area have the dresses packed in so tight that it makes shopping for them just too chaotic. YBR had plenty of knowledgable staff on hand to suggest dresses that would work with the body type as well as the personality of both my daughters (thank you Alisha). Both of my daughters ended up getting their dresses from YBR and we were even given a discount for buying two dresses which totally surprised me, but I must say, they have me as a loyal customer now when shopping for homecoming and prom dresses.

Wow what a fabulous place. I had went to a few other homecoming shops around the area and was treated like crap. They actually told me "We don't have gowns to fit you" WHAT? how rude. I ended up going to Yellow Brick Road because a friend told me about it. She was rite, I couldn't believe the selection they had in my size. I wear a 24 and the girl was so nice, she was full figure too, which helped because she knew exactly what I was going through and what I needed. I like the fact that the full figure gowns are upstairs and I had my own private dressing area. It was great, I was treated like a real person and they respected the fact that I am NOT a size 4. Thanks guys for making this experience so wonderful. I can't wait to go to homecoming.

What a great place. Not only is it gorgeous inside and the selection is amazing, but the customer service and the girls who work there are fabulous. We always find what we need here and it gets better every year. Keep up the great work!

I went searching for my prom dress and I was alone. No one to help me with the hard decision of,"I don't like that one on you." or "Oh my Gosh! That's it!" I was already feeling kind of down on myself because I hadn't found what I was looking for yet. I walked into a store that looked like I had just went from Huntington, WV to NYC. This place is so decorated, not in one of those overdone ways, but in a way that made it very inviting to be in. There was no crowded dresses blocking the isles, the jewerly was laid out in a way that each piece was visible and the girls that worked there were extremely friendly. A really tall girl greeted me and told me about the store. Then proceeded to lead me back to the dresses that were in my size (8, 10,12). There was so much to chose from and I probably tried on 30 dresses. I'm not even kidding and that wasn't all of them. They probably had about 100 just in my size. The tall girl made it feel as if I had my own personal shopper. She told me when dresses didn't flater me in certain ways but also came back with great positive feedback about another aspect that was good. She definitely knew what she was talking about. It was sort of like she was my friend. I never felt as if she was only trying to make a sale, but to make me happy with the right dress. I did find the gown and I knew it from the moment she zipped up my back. I loved my dress and I had one of the best experiences actually getting it. They always say that getting the dress is the worst part, but Yellow Brick Road made it extremely easy. The best part was it was only $225.

Just wanted to thank you guys for making my prom so special. I was not sure what I really wanted and you took the time to find the perfect one. You got to know me and my personality to be able to know what kind of gown I would look great in. I am so excited to go to prom I can hardly wait for everyone to see my dress. I have looked everywhere for a special gown by Jovani. I finally found the prom gown I wanted at Yellow Brick Road. They knew exactly what gown I was looking for and got it for me to try on. The girl who helped me was wonderful, she made sure that the gown fit and looked good on me before she let me get it. She even got the the perfect jewelery and shoes to match. I was so excited I took my best friend with me when I went to pick it up from layaway. She ended up getting a gown there too.. and she is really picky. They have what seems to be thousands to choose from and the store is very big so it was great to have the space. Thanks guys I will give you a picture as you requested.. See you at homecoming.

I can't believe what a difference there is in this store and the other prom shops I have taken my daughter to. Nothing compares to it. There are hundreds of gowns to choose from and the most friendliest staff that I have ever come across. The girl helped my daughter find the perfect gown for prom, which was not easy she is very picky. That didn't seem to matter to them, they took there time and even got gowns that they thought would look good on her. I enjoyed myself also, because the girls who worked there hung up the gowns and got each one so she could try them on. I didn't have to do a thing but enjoy watching my daughters face light up when she found the right gown. The accessories and shoes where the icing on the cake. The prices where very good I even found one several for 99.00 on sale. This being her first prom, I know where I will take her each and every time for her gown. There is no other shop in the area that treated me like they did. I will tell all my friends about this prom shop and how wonderful I was treated. Thank you for making this special day so wonderful for both of us.

Wow, what a fabulous shop, they had tons of prom gowns and a fabulous selection of bridal gowns. The store looks like it belongs in downtown New York... and the sales staff was friendly and understood just what my daughter wanted. They helped her get her gown on and even put the perfect jewelry and shoes with it. This is the only bridal shop in the area that I would even go to. You won't find any better than here.

They had alot to choose from as far as formals go but they were very expensive and weren't very friendly. I would not recommend them to anyone for prom formals unless they were looking for the hard to find. But they did have some really great find on wedding gowns if you are on a tight budget. The staff were friendly ans somewhat helpful. But I do not believe I will go here again. It was just too expensive.
