Absolutely hated our experience. The first driver we had almost killed us and a group of families in the van on the way to disneyworld. He fell asleep at the wheel at a stop light and we had to wake him up. Very terrible driving and no regard for traffic laws. Coming back from Epcot, the shuttle apparently came to the wrong number and left without us. We were then blamed for missing the bus and were given no apology for not coming to the correct pick up spot. Terrible customer service. Do not ever ride with this company.
